Scheduled Maintenance
(EU) Database upgrades for app.eu.getblueshift.com Apr 10, 2026 13:00-15:00 PDT
The maintenance window duration will be 2 hrs (120 mins), beginning at 10:00 PM CEST on 10th April 2026 (Friday) and affects ONLY app.eu.getblueshift.com (our EU datacenter).
This maintenance is required to upgrade various EU databases.
All behavior described below is for the duration of the maintenance window.
**Dashboard Impact:
- Users will be unable to login into and access the dashboard (app.eu.getblueshift.com).
**Campaigns Impact
- One-time campaigns: any one time campaign that were scheduled to execute during the maintenance will execute right away after maintenance completes
- Recurring campaigns & daily segment triggered campaigns: if these campaigns were scheduled for execution during the maintenance window, they will execute after maintenance completes, provided that they are within a 2 hour window of their execution time
- Continuous segment triggered campaigns: these will execute after maintenance completes
- Event-triggered campaigns that are invoked via recurring file imports will be delayed during the maintenance period, all remaining Event-triggered campaigns will run normally during maintenance
- API triggered campaigns will continue normally during maintenance
**Events Impact:
- Events will be processed normally
**Imports Impact
- Recurring imports will be paused and may get delayed but will get triggered at the next scheduled time as per the cadence or after the maintenance window is over.
**API Impact:
- API will be up and running as normal
