The maintenance window duration will be 3 hrs (180 mins), beginning at 10:00 PM CET (4:00 PM EST) on Friday, January 9th 2026 and affects ONLY app.eu.getblueshift.com (our EU datacenter).
This maintenance is required to upgrade various EU databases.
All behavior described below is for the duration of the maintenance window.
**Dashboard impact: - Users will be unable to login into and access the dashboard (app.eu.getblueshift.com).
**Campaigns impact: - One-time campaigns will be delayed. - Continuous segment triggered campaigns will be delayed. - Recurring campaigns and daily scheduled segment triggered campaigns will: (a) execute in a delayed manner if, at the end of the maintenance window, they are not delayed for more than 2 hours w.r.t their scheduled execution time. (b) be pushed to the next scheduled interval if they are delayed for more than 2 hours with respect to their scheduled execution time. They will miss their execution for that day. - Event triggered campaigns will be delayed - since the event processing pipeline will be paused. - Syndications will be delayed.
**Events impact: - Events will be accepted but event processing will be delayed. - Write API's may see errors. - Unsubscribe API will remain available.
**Imports impact: - There is no need to pause recurring imports. They may get delayed, but will get triggered at the next scheduled time as per the cadence or after the maintenance window is over.
